to do if you received a damaged or incorrect product.

What is your return policy?
No restocking fee for unopened packaging. There is a 25% restocking
fee plus outbound freight on merchandise returned/exchanged where the
packaging has been opened or for any reason
other than a product defect or damage. No merchandise may be returned
without written authorization. To receive an RA# (Return Authorization
Number) please call us toll-free at 866-482-8919 or reply to your order confirmation received via email.
If you return any merchandise without an RA# the shipment will be
refused and returned to you. A return authorization must be requested
within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.
What are the conditions for a return?
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE
ORIGINAL CONTENTS AS SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER. USED ITEMS OR ITEMS
WITH OPENED PACKAGING ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
Is there a time limit to return an order?
Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and received within 30 days of purchase.
My item is not working, what should I do?
Defective items are replaced at no charge to you under your product
warranty but please contact us prior returning your item to make sure
that is not a technical or operation issue that we can resolve prior
returning the item.
The standard return policy and restocking fee apply to items that
are wrongfully returned because of user error and are not defective.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
DEITEK is committed to provide the highest level of service
and if you received an incorrect item by mistake - don't worry - simply
call us toll-free at 866-482-8919 and we will take care of all the shipping expenses and getting you the correct product right away.
